Specific services, deliverables, timelines, and pricing will be defined in written agreements, onboarding materials, or order confirmations.

Bizvanta360™ does not provide legal advice, tax advice, or investment advice unless explicitly stated in a written agreement.

4. Eligibility & User Responsibilities
By using our services, you represent that:
- You are at least 18 years old
- You have authority to act on behalf of your business
- Information you provide is accurate and complete
- You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations

5. Payments, Billing & Authorization (Stripe / NMI Required)
- All fees are disclosed prior to purchase.
- Payments are processed by third-party payment processors (including Stripe and/or NMI).
- By submitting payment information, you authorize RW Sales Group, LLC d/b/a Bizvanta360™ to charge applicable fees.
- You agree that payment processors may store payment information in accordance with their own terms and privacy policies.
- We do not store full payment card information.
6. Refunds, Cancellations & Chargebacks
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
- All fees are non-refundable once services have begun.
- Setup fees, onboarding fees, and administrative services are non-refundable.
- Subscription services may be canceled in accordance with the cancellation terms provided at signup.
Chargebacks initiated without first contacting support may result in account suspension and termination of services.
7. Service Modifications & Availability
We reserve the right to:
- Modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time
- Update service offerings or pricing with reasonable notice
- Refuse service to any user for lawful reasons

All content on this website, including trademarks, logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of RW Sales Group, LLC or its licensors.
The Bizvanta360™ name, logo, and branding are proprietary and may not be used without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability (Underwriting Language)
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

- Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for services in the preceding three (3) months.

Venue for any disputes shall be in the courts of that jurisdiction.

We may suspend or terminate access to services for violation of these Terms or for non-payment.
Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations incurred prior to termination.
